Unfortunately, we can only provide an approximate delivery date - the item/s may arrive earlier or later than anticipated.
We recommend selecting Express Shipping when placing a preorder so we can get your preorder to you as quickly as possible. Express Shipping (1-3 business days), Standard Shipping (5-10 business days).

Preorders are not able to be credited or exchanged before delivery.
If you are currently waiting on a preorder and would like to add additional items to your order please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange to combine orders - please note these will be shipped together when your preorder arrives.
Please note if you order an IN-STOCK item/s with your PREORDER these will be shipped together when your preorder arrives – if you would like your IN-STOCK item now we recommend placing a SEPARATE order.
