EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At YRS we want you to LOVE your purchase, but if for some reason its not suitable your or you require another size, we are more than happy for you to return your item/s providing the following conditions have been met: *All returns will be issued with a store credit unless deemed faulty.
- The item/s are returned within 21 days from the date on your original sales invoice. (International 21 days)
- Items MUST have their original packaging, tags, incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) attached and be unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
- All postage costs for the exchange/return is at the buyers expense.
- Item/s are your responsibility until they reach our HQ’s, so please use appropriate postal insurance/tracking to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
- Please note we do not hold items for exchange.
- Strictly NO exchanges/returns on final sale items or items purchased during a promotion period.
*We reserve the right to return your item/s if they do not meet the above conditions.

We recommend returning your item via Registered Express Postage so it can get back to us as quickly as possible.
Once your return has been received and processed we will issue a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email that you can apply to your next purchase.
Your Gift Card will be valid for 12 months from the date your return has been processed.
SALE ITEMS ARE REDUCED TO CLEAR. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on final sale items or item/s purchased during promotional periods so please choose your item/s carefully.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
We endeavour to inspect each item carefully for quality, but if for some reason your item/s are believed to be faulty, please email email@example.com to arrange a immediate replacement (subject to availability), if no replacement is available we will issue a full refund (including return shipping costs).
Please note, YRS only offer refunds on manufacture faults.
We recommend that you also check over your garment for any manufacture faults and notify us within 10 business days of receiving the goods.
If a fault is found in the garment after this period it may not be accepted.
PRE-ORDER item/s are NOT in stock at the time of purchase.
Unfortunately, we can only provide an approximate date - the item may arrive earlier or later than anticipated.
Pre-orders are NOT able to be credited or exchanged before delivery.
You will receive email confirmation when the item is shipped.
Please note if you order an IN-STOCK item with your PRE-ORDER these will both be shipped when your pre-order arrives – if you would like your IN-STOCK item now you will need to place a SEPARATE order.
If you wish to return your item/s purchased via Afterpay, please follow the same Exchange/Return guidelines stated above.
Once your item has been received and processed we will contact you and issue a Credit Gift Card code via email that you can apply to your next purchase.
While you will have your credit to spend with You.Rock.Style, please note that your continued repayments from your initial Afterpay purchase will continue to be debited from your nominated account.
